AIDS/Lifecycle 2013 -- Can you support David-sf's ride

Well it's time again to start raising money and start thinking about the 2013 AIDS/Lifecycle ride. David has done this many years and it is a cause he holds near and dear to his heart. As do I. Hopefully we will have many other people riding, but David has been the one constant for many of us. He has an ambitious goal of raising $30,000. It will take the support of many of us to get him to that. And when he does, it will mean a lot to so many who benefit from the programs at the SF Aids Foundation and the LA Gay and Lesbian Center. I hope all of David's friends, clients and admirers can find their way to support this tremendous cause. I know he would appreciate any and all support he receives.

 

Please. Any help, even the smallest amount, will help so many. Please click on the link to donate to support David's ride. And hopefully we will find out about other forum members and escorts who are also participating and can help them as well.

i strongly support giving to the 2013 AIDS/Lifecycle ride and will do so. There are several riders who continue to be active posters here. Rather than supporting a single rider, we should encourage support of all of the riders whether he be an active member, a former member or a rider unassociated with the board. I encourage anyone who is planning on riding to post on the board.

Thank you PK for reminding us that there are others from our little community also participating. We owe all of them our support and our gratitude.

 

Here are links to the pages for the other riders from the forum I'm aware of. Hopefully we can make sure we can get all these guys in. There's a $3,000 minimum raised to be able to ride. It's early, but the more we can get a jump on it, the better for them. So they can concentrate on training rather than fundraising.

Lots of guys still need our help. Andrew, Lance and Tony all need the support to make the minimum to make the ride. It is never too early to contribute to this incredible organization and this cause that does so much for so many. So please, if you can, pitch in to any of our riders.

 

I would also like to add a link to one of the loves of David's life, Carl Borey. Carl isn't riding, he's one of the roadies, performing massages for the riders which I'm sure will be greatly appreciated. So if you can help Carl, that would be great too. So contribute to any, contribute to all. And help a lot of people who need it.

I, too, have been a supporter of AIDS Life Cycle Ride for the past six years. Two of those years I've supported one of the riders

featured here as well as David. I submitted my support of David last week {as I've done in the past} and will continue to do this as long as he will continue

his ardent and ambitious fund raising as a rider and supporter of companion riders!!!

 

When my contribution to this cause ends, I'll continue to support organizations that are HIV/AIDS related.
