Hey I saw that his ad was one of the most viewed ads today on Rentboy. I read the copy for the ad. We all know they guys are here to make money, I am just not sure how I "feel" or what I think about his stating it.

 

May my issue is that he is a " top porn star' who has thrown up an ad to make some cash. Maybe he is just stating the obvious.

The ad text actually states "...I had a great run as one of the "top" adult Gay performers and now my focus is on greater things but it takes $ to make $ so here I am..."

 

What is wrong with him raising funds for his next venture by working as an escort? Would you be as taken aback if he worked as a go-go dancer and the club where he worked used his past fame as a promotional tool?

I agree with everyone here. I love his spin on the obvious, and moreover there is a tone of sincerity. It is nice to here the endorsement of HT. Of course his rates are "ask me" which in a recent thread drew mixed reviews. I however don't find it offensive, and finally glad to see a hottie like him in SoCal. So often you NYC boys have all the fun. They just don't get much cuter than Johnny Hazzard.....

I agree with all the others. There's an honesty here that's inviting. I want to add, though, that the way he writes is ad is important. He comes across as real but warm. The ads that empasize $$ but lack that warmth are a turn off.

I have no issue with what he says about $ to make $ in his text either. My issue is it's just about all he says. You guys make his case better than he does.

As I said in an earlier post, he's the only guy I've ever seen whose tattoos look good. I've never met him, but I've seen some of his instructional videos and I've looked at his web page. He's one of the hottest guys out there, in both body and personality.

 

If he were in my area I'd break my "don't call an escort who doesn't advertise rates" and find out if I could afford him.
