So stumbled upon this gem and was very intrigued. But that whole thread about the NV escort with fake pics made me wonder if this is real. The rates seem to be the same as the one in NV 150 /hr and 450/overnight. Or could the recession finally caught up? This is in Chicago.

As to your question on rates the answer is yes and no. In general I find guys are asking for a whole lot more but when I politely refuse I find a whole lot more countering back (and I might add unsolicited-- as I did not ask for a discount-- I simply reject anything over $250 on principle) at levels near 50% off their posted rates. I also have had a lot of recent success on men4rentnow using the wanted list feature with some quality guys all under $200 an hour.
