"Many of you who don't know me personally have gone back and forth on weather I am a thief or a felon or both or not at all. Well I am here to say that I did rip off two clients over 6 months ago. It was in a horrible time in my life and took money before I saw the person."

I'm a little confused about how the above statement, from Noah Driver himself, doesn't fit the definition of a "proven liar and thief." Please take the time to explain to me how repeating back statements about what is essentially criminal behavior is "beyond the pale."

You know what—actually please don't take the time to explain it. I could sit here and toss out statements like "willful stupidity" and the like—but really, why bother? There are always going to be people who just don't get it—and they will champion and cheerlead others who deserve it the least. So let's just move on with a more pleasant topic.

Gee, Max, when is liable, liable? When you say it about yourself, or you say it 12 times about someone else?

I will think what I will of ND—sorry, I mean WW.

And I think second (or third) chances are great, but in all honesty there are plenty of escorts out there who deserve a first one.

:o

You seem a bit sensitive today Max. To be clear, my comment of "Think what you will of ND" was in no way directly or indirectly aimed at you. It appears that you thought that it was. My intent was merely to clarify what appeared was your interpretation of why citylaw was sent to 'time-out'...Daddy has little patience for this sort of thing, and I thought that it was important that you understood it was not about multiple screen names, which I thought you were alluding to in your post, but more about what Citylaw had said specifically about ND.

And for the record, I have given many escorts out there a first chance, and believe me, that doesn't always work out either. Money given to an escort, either up front and then never recovered, or at the end of a horrible experience, is still money lost. In the end, it is the client and very often the escort as well, who bears the brunt of that loss, both emotionally and financially. There are no winners here.

but about what Citylaw had said specifically said about ND.

I would disagree, entirely. As Max pointed out, and many others already realized, ND had already "aired" his confession-of-sins here before.

It appeared to me that it was probably deej who timed-out City, and with a very reasonable explanation to the forum for his doing so. It wasn't what City said or was saying, it was the bombardment of posts in the period of time he was doing it in. That seemed pretty clear to me.

It might appear clear to you...but you are actually incorrect. No one gets timed out for posting too much. You get timed out for what those posts say...

That's not how I interpret this:

More than a dozen posts on the topic in a span of two hours is more than curiosity. It's an obsession bordering on a crusade.

Nothing is said about that being a punishable offence tho.

I would imagine perceived personal crusades against another poster might be an unwritten, but an actionable offense, nonetheless.

The offense here was not unwritten, nor perceived by Daddy or Deej or any of the other moderators. The TOS is very clear.

You may be right, I don't know. But certainly other obssessions/ personal crusades have been tolerated, IMO.

RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE

1. Attacks against other people are not allowed. Personal attacks stifle discussion and create an atmosphere that discourages many people from joining us. We want all people to feel welcome here and welcome to state their opinions. Those who come here for advice or assistance should be treated with respect. You are free to criticize the opinions of other people at will. But please do not attack, insult or disparage others themselves; all are worthy of respect, even those with whom we disagree.

Guys, I didn't post all four points under the Terms of Service RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE just cuz I don't know how to cut and paste more succinctly...

And seeker630 - there's nothing anywhere in the TOS about what is and is not a punishable offense. It's totally at the discretion of our service provider, the highly esteemed DADDY, and his moderatoring minions. Ownership doth have it's privileges!

Listen guys, its Only a fuckin 3 Day Ban.....decided on by the people who CONTROL this site and dictate what is allowed and what isnt.... Its NOT up to any of YOU, so just Calm your asses down.

If OJ Simpson (omg) had publicly confessed to the murders he was accused of committing - identifying OJ Simpson here, or anywhere else for that matter, as a murderer, would not be an attack upon the person. It would be fact.

Posting 20 or more times in an online forum within an hour or two pointing that fact out to others might be interpreted by some as a personal crusade against that person, which is entirely different than simply calling him a murderer and moving on. Stoking the fires of a crusade against someone can be a dangerous thing which can become out of control very quickly.

There is a huge difference between the two. And that difference was present here when this all began. In a much lesser of a degree, I must add.

I think management responded responsibily when they realized this.

Interesting reasoning there... completely wrong, but interesting, none the less.

From the TOS:

All are welcome to join us and post here, without restriction. However, we must and do reserve the right to modify or delete any post or thread that violates these rules or is, in our sole opinion, inappropriate for inclusion in these shared conversations. Posters who violate a rule will receive a warning from the moderators via their private inbox or by email. Second and third violations will result in a suspension of posting privileges for 30 days. Posters who have violated the rules more than three times will have their usernames deactivated permanently.

If you feel a post violates the rules, please click on the ALERT link at the bottom of the offending post. The moderators will be notified and will review the post as soon as possible. If the post does violate the rules, the moderators will take whatever action is deemed appropriate. Please send an ALERT instead of a private e-mail when you feel action is required. An ALERT will reach the first available moderator while an e-mail will wait until that individual next comes online.

This is followed by the Rules, which have been quoted at least in part earlier in this thread, So we know what is forbidden.

have the last word on me, bigvalboy. Oh wait! :)

I think I will let Instudiocity have the last word here...since he alone appears to be the only voice of reason here.;)

Thanks for clarifying instudiocity!

From the MF Terms of Service:

From Noah Driver's I'm Back Thread:

I ain't no expert, but deej did say something about a dozen posts in a two hour period about someone you don't know is obsessive...or did he say stalking?

if anybody hasn't noticed yet, looks like he was put on time-out a couple or three hours ago.....

moderating this board has got to be a pain....thanks to those who do that (Cooper, deej, and ??) and thanks to Daddy for his patience and occasional humor....(in)valuable board here and I know the good people will stay and keep it that way....

Tireless work indeed. Through appreciation and accolades from good men like you they soldier on.

I was kind of wondering who he was ... seems to miss me. It's nice to be missed ;-)

I did miss you! I followed you from booking thru release. What took you so long to return?

I think you add a little spice to the forums here. If you were still working (and unarmed) I would hire you in a minute. I don't get to WEHO anywhere near as often as I would like, and I adore the Four Seasons on Doheny. Very reasonable, and a wonderful house car.

Hmm - i don't see him when I browse the alphabetic member list, and he doesn't show up when I use the 'search members' box on the list. Maybe he blocked/ignored me?

I don't block anyone on here. That would be the behavior of a pussy.

You are absolutely correct...I was not warned either when I was sent to time-out. I protested the action and never received a reply. Then again this is not a Democracy, as you well know. It is a privately owned site, and apparently rules are interpreted differently....
