Andrew Rannells stars as Bryan Buckley in the eagerly anticipated NBC sitcom The New Normal.

Currently starring on Broadway in The Book of Mormon, Rannels is hoping to conquer the small screen in another TV breakout role.

Modern Family tried the Gay Dads thing, its also been portayed on glee of late, but this role is a bit different.

Rannells stars alongside Justin Bartha, who plays David; the two are a well-heeled gay couple preparing to have a child with the help of a sweet surrogate (Georgia King), despite the objections of her comically bigoted grandmother, played with great zest by Ellen Barkin.

Will you be taking a look at this new show ?

Aren't people sick of TV shows about rich people yet? It's really time for another Roseanne to come along. And a show about gay guys who don't want to have children would be nice, too. :)

Well the trick here is to make the general public Think gays are "just like them" and give them a "main stream" vibe, which then justifies (in their own minds) the general public watching the show.

Dont tell anyone, but I hate kids for myself and have NEVER wanted any.

Well it's a Limited 6 Episode's ..so I'm guessing they will go as far as they can since being "Cancelled" really is No Problem along with being on Cable!

I'm liking the Dude who answers the Son's AD! Apparently the Gay Son Part is calling for Less Talk and even more Less Clothes! That's Cool!

She's also on "Dallas" as the current Mrs. Bobby Ewing.
