Mr. Travolta is not very different from the majority of the clients of escorts discussed on this forum. He is a successful, partially successfully closeted man who has had varying success in finding men with whom to have suckcessful sex. The encounters publicized in the press would hardly create a ripple in most places if the man involved did not have Mr. Travolta's notoriety.

Many comments here have snickered over Mr. Travolta's difficulty in coming to grips publicly over his sexual preferences. While those preferences sell newspapers and get people to read blogs, they are not really any of our concern. Yes, the closet is a dark lonely place, but there are still lots of people who prefer not to have a light shone on them. Their reasons are their own and are not necessarily cowardly nor do those reasons need defending as hypocritical as some may find them.

I guess my comment was more that I would think that someone with his resources would be able to hire a reputable escort to "scratch the itch" rather than pick up guys with no "guarantee" of privacy, etc.

Exactly, he can have someone procure guys for him and have them sign confidentiality forms to avoid future lawsuits. Sorry PK, Mr Travolta IS NOT like the rest of us. He chose a profession where his every move is scrutinized and reported. Yes it isnt our business, but it sure is interesting in a voyeuristic sorta way....

I feel bad for his wife. If he wants too be with guys he should get a divorce instead of fucking around on her and putting her at risk for std's he has no right to put her life in his hands.

Jos, I am positive she knew going into the marriage, and thats the reason she stayed all these years. althought they have children, i do beleive its an arrangement....And I still believe as well that Scientology has a hand in him remaining in the Closet.

Discretion ??? Really??? then why are all these guys coming out of the woodwork to "OUT" him ???? That doesnt suggest Discretion to me.
