A&F Quarterly... Always some nice eye candy~

 

If i'm not mistaken, Bruce Weber has been their photographer/editor since the inception of the quarterly. His work, while being nicely homoerotic, is truly amazing... I used to wonder how much Photoshop work had to be done on his images.

 

After having a good friend from here in San Antonio pose in a 1999 Spring Break Quarterly, i asked him how much of the original image was him & how much was reworked digitally. From what he said, Weber usually adds a little white blast to accentuate muscle and then some body shine for that, as my friend called it, 'freshly fucked look.' lol.

 

What really made me laugh was when the television show Extra! did a feature story on the new Quarterly & made a huge deal out of its skin-showing factor like it was a new thing.

 

 

Gay men have had this on their coffee tables for years...
