YES we live in a puritanical society obviously, one which even cant grasp the concept of 2 same sex individuals loving each other. However the issue here it more about Parenting style, and whether a child of 3 or 4 yrs old should still be Breastfeeding.... Not sure there is a clear cut answer, but as I said, its a bit off-putting to ME, but then, I am NOT a parent.

I'm with you on this one, JJ. I thought once the kid had a full set of choppers it was time to wean away from Mama in favor of Pepsi and other nutritional stuff. I think Mom just likes to have her nips worked (nothing wrong with that) and Junior is a captive and ready playmate. There is something a little odd here, methinks.

For me, breastfeeding is a replacement for bottle feeding, so when the child is old enuf to hold a cup and drink for it on his own, then its time to give up the Tit. There are other ways for a child to Bond with its parents which supercede sucking on its mothers breasts. Obviously the FATHER doesnt have this bonding advantage. Or maybe he DOES ???

I agree it's peculiar to see a three year-old sucking his mother's nipple. Also, agree that the Janet Jackson fiasco was way overblown. I watched the half-time show that year with my (then pre-teen) sons and not one of us even noticed the flash of her bare nipple during her live performance. The three of us would have never known about the "incident" had it not been replayed ad-naseum on tv and online for weeks.
