Absolutely appreciate that (especially today). But at that time, 1999, there weren't (m)any escorts in their 30s, and certainly none in their 40s or 50s, whom the hiring and hired community thought of as anything other than "too old". And that is definitely not the case now. Many of the popular guys who were my age then are still escorting, and some are older than I am, older by 10 years or more. My point is that 13 years ago escorts past their late 20s were looked down upon. From what I read here, now they are damn near preferred. Things have changed.

I think it describes any of us who are older still looking for the for a long-term relationship. That "September Song" moment can be either with an escort, a good neighbor who is retiring and moving to warmer weather, or the nearing end of a long-term project at work. It can happen in many different situations.

George, I think that you've got to individualize it. It's all already been said here. With age can come experience and better sex. But age doesn't equal experience, and youth doesn't equal inexperience or immaturity. So, at least, consider the 30 and 40 year old guys on their merits, not their stats only.
