Bel Ami do make exceptional videos. My favorite is AN AMERICAN IN PRAQUE. The American model in the film, Chance, makes my heart melt. I second the motion on An American In Prague. I originally purchased it on VHS tape, and it quickly became my favorite Bel Ami flick. So I bought the DVD version with all the extra stuff that comes with it.

I personally doubt if any of the Bel Ami "actors" are straight. About the acting skills, all I can say is that if you think they're not that good, then you must hate any Kristin Bjorn video . . . which are, I think, the most overrated and boring videos on the market. Whether or not you will like Bel Ami videos is going to be purely subjective. Personally, I find them a very interesting study in confection, but, like all confection, inevitably falling woefully short when it comes to real nutrition.

 

For my money, without question, they are the most artfully photographed pornography in history, and star the most profoundly beautiful creatures ever assembled in porn, but it is that very attempt to make them 'art' that undermines their eroticism.
