Whoever is posting ads, using Bel Ami promo photos to lure you in, is doing so illegally. The perpetrator is a fraud, and we should do everything we can to shut their business down. I recommend you write the motherfucking liars and tell them what you think of their fraud. The more letters the better.

 

Bel Ami photos were created in another country, and U.S. copyright laws are not universal. It's possible Bel Ami knows that their photos are being used for illegal profit (I suspect some die-hard fan or disgruntled massage client has written letters). It would be extremely costly (and probably futile) to put up a legal fight from a foreign country.

 

Furthermore, Bel Ami may care, but not enough to take legal action. They may assume fans will know it's a fraud, or they're OK with the additional photo exposure. One has to question how much money an actual fake ad brings in. Negative word spreads quite quickly. The poor suckers who continue to get ripped off may not justify expensive legal action.

 

Don't you be duped. If a porn actor is not using his stage name to promote extended businesses, I think it's pretty safe to assume the ad is a fraud. If you suspect photos were taken in another country (not that easy to spot), and no candid photos exist, well you get the picture.

I've turned a bunch in to the owners of massseurfinder but it doesn't do much good. they remove the photos but they just put more back up. masseurfinder started a policy you can't show genitals in photo's unless a pass code is used to see them. It's taking them weeks to delete the ones that don't comply & they just stick them right back up again.

Bel Ami photos gone?

 

A cursory viewing of massagem4m and masseurfinder shows no Bel Ami models being used to entrap gullible gay men. Maybe some action has occurred.

 

However, the proliferation of Eastern Slavs in the NYC massage trade is in full bloom. Not sure I could trust any of those ads, either. Certainly, not without a few reviews from known sources. I read Kathryn Bolkovac's book and saw "The Whistleblower." I've been devastated ever since.

Came across this situation a week or so ago when I was interested in someone's ad on backpage. Posted a 411 here and found they were pics of a belami model. The person advertising swore up and down it was legit pics but after enough evidence was presented they said something like "well I look like that" but agreed to remove their ad. The thing is, a week later, the same ad and pics showed up in another city a couple hundred miles from me. I would have loved to report them to belami and tried to find an email address to send to but had no luck. It's an uphill battle with these guys who move from place to place.
