I think it is written in "twitter-speak". Part of the younger generation that knows little of spelling or grammar.

The translation is very simple: "I can't make myself understood by you; best to take your interest elsewhere."

Well we oldies better learn how to decipher such hieroglyphics as that is the trend and not just in English. I have been listening to pod-casts in an attempt to learn a foreign language and one of the "lessons" dealt with abbreviations for texts and tweets...
