don't worry about the word "jock" at all....some will use it to try to appear masculine, athletic, a bit muscled-up, or similar....

 

since it's your first time hiring, a few hints: typically, I'll email a new guy with my stats, what I hope to have happen at the meeting, and just a general hello and ask him if he has questions for me....all very friendly and courteous....I don't mention $$ at first, but later will ask what the $ is "for his time only"....see how he replies and what tone he uses....sometimes, the reply will appear terse and perfunctory, but that may be because he's using some smart phone or similar where it's hard/time-consuming to go into detail.....just get a feel for if you think you'll get along....don't email too much, though....get on with the plan.....don't mention $$ at the meeting at all, but I do say ahead of time that I'll leave the $$ out in an envelope and that I don't want to mention it when we meet....if nervous, chat a bit about any dumb thing, then suggest a simple back-and-forth massage/body rub to loosen up.....then move on to whatever the plan is....move slow, laugh, have fun, ask what he likes, kick back.....

Zach is very limited in his allowable activities and a huge disappointment. The pics are of him but NOT current. It may be ok to hire him for an hour but I would never hire him again. I didn't review him because he had quit the business (he said forever) but as you pointed out he is back. He hates escorting.

That's an interesting point. I'd prefer someone who enjoys his job.
