Every time I turn around I hear some escort whining about respect. How on earth can you respect someone who earns $300 an hour while he has his hand out begging for a tip? Do you honestly think Geffen is tipping his lawyers?

I think I omitted the part about Geffen only paying $200, no more to his hires. But then why do the escorts allow him to negotiate down their fees?
