When I read Jackhammer's review of Scott Bradley, I had the WORSE sickening feeling in my stomach. Nothing could be farther from the truth in calling Scott a burntout party boy. OMG... nothing FARTHER from the truth.

 

Scott is a GREAT guy (chemical free, too)... yes, go read the Atkol Forums. He is a REAL person. Unfortunately, Jackhammer caught Scott during a very bad time. Scott did announce a semi-retirement to regroup... and he did delete as many ads as he could remember. This whole mess was bad timing... and although Scott may have missed the appointment...

 

Well, if only you knew... you wouldn't have written such nasty things about Scott as a person. He had very good reasons at that time... and he probably won't reveal it, but seriously... if only you knew, you would feel like a total cad. Give him another try... you will realize what a hasty mistake you made.

Excuse me, but it wasn't jackhammer who didn't show up. It's unfortunate that the escort in question is/was in trouble. But that wasn't shared with the reviewer. He feels bad enough as it is, why add to his sadness? Personally, my sympathy lies with my brother, not the escort who had the oppotunity to say NO.

A friend from this board called me today to remark on your post and I think I owe you a response. I was unaware of Scott's problems or the other forum that you refer to. I had made several attempts to contact him afterwards and he has never replied. Be that as it may, I do feel badly about the timing and also the reference to "partying", however I never said anything about drugs or usage. Going to parties doesn't mean doing drugs. I have since gone to the site you mentioned, I have read all of the threads in his area, I have registered there long enough to post an apology for the "partying" reference. I notice he has a solid fan base at that site and his replies seem very level headed,( an attribute I referred to in my review as a reason for going ahead with the appointment). I don't know what else you would have me do. I don't like to say unkind things about anyone and I have already apologized for the remarks. Felling like a cad would be a step up from what I feel like now if that's any satisfaction.

OK, you have official permission to stop feeling bad! You've apologized graciously to Scott and everyone else. You don't have to keep on doing that, unless you plan on becoming the next Trent Lott! If you're still smarting from being "dissed" by the viper from Planet Plaza Athenée, there's no need! After all, getting "dissed" is meaningless when it comes from someone whose moral, ethical and intellectual stature can only be measured in negative numbers. Furthermore, by your posts you've demonstrated that you're a mensch, beyond which there's no higher praise.

 

Now go have a Happy New Year. If you take that trip to Brazil you've talked about, it'll be a New Year to remember!

The hotel is really not that expensive, and I am sure they have group discounts for multiple assholes or at the very least discounts for a guy with multiple assholes. Why not do your self a favour, make a reservation and get it out of your system as the first and only resolution you will actually keep. Jealousy and envy are not healthy emotions or attractive qualities even in poor and starving former government hacks!

As for the Hotel Plaza Athenée here on Planet Earth, if I believed for a minute that the potty-mouthed Auntie Semitic had ever crossed its threshold, or been nearer to it than a guidebook he read for free at some bookstore, I'd certainly stop by the next time I'm in Paris to commiserate with the management and staff for having to put up with such an inferior and miserable life-form. However, not much risk of that. I have it on good authority that Auntie Semitic is on the European "do not admit" list at airports and border-crossings continent-wide. It's just as well for him, anyway, because in France and Germany and numerous other European countires he'd be arrested and prosecuted for his anti-Semitic ravings. I know you tend to travel south not East, but just in case you do ever scrape up enough Shekels from your meager government pension to cross the pond you should know that nobody in Europe sees critiquing Israeli racism, torture and occupation as antisemitic. Well, it had to happen. These holidays have been a little bleak for me as I have kept all of my church friends at arms length while I wrestle with depression. The result is, I have been going through the experience of feeling more alone than ever in my life. The result is some rather unusual behavior on my part as I try to fill the time until these damn holidays are over. (sorry Jim) Anyway, I have spent much of the time with my surrogate family here trying to interact in a positive way and today the other shoe dropped. I finally got bad mouthed by ad rian on the rating board. I guess I should take comfort in the fact that I now am on a list including some of the greatest guys on this board. However, it still feels rotten to be hashed by someone I have only tried to say helpful things to. Oh well, guess I fold up my tent and go hide for a week. Merry Christmas.
