Its my understanding that asking for a kiss up front is more effective than seeing a cock. There are not many cops that are willing to kiss. But just like those that think if you ask a cop if he is one that he has to answer truthfully (he doesn't), there is no guarantee that a cop won't get naked or won't kiss.

 

Of course there are those cops who will lie about the whole experience to make an arrest anyway, so none of it really is completely safe.
