today's (12/21) er, uh reviews?

Is it me or what? I noticed that today's reviews all were written by first-time reviewers. I also noticed that each one says almost nothing that is useful for the reader looking for information. The review for Raul is one or two sentences long and sounds like the beginning scenario for a fetish video. It also seemed liked the one reviewer in his self description was writing his own Manhunt personal description. He said more telling information about himself than the actual review. The self description I find useful because I want to know something about the reviewer and whether he and I are in any way similar. That might be an indication that the escort is fine with guys like me. But today's reviews were all pretty non-reviews in my book. Maybe the writers should read a few other reviews to get a handle on what to include.

Perhaps they were asked to write the review and really werent comfortable or used to writing them.. Could be all sorts of reasons...

If an escort REALLY turns me on from his pic and ad, Ill just go for it. Other guys experiences with him are really no definitive indicator of what my experience will be like. Maybe i will BLOW his socks off and it will be fantastic? All I got to lose is about $300 bucks.

I agree Phil. I don't know the other working guys personally but I do know Raul very well. I am in the process of writing a long overdue review of Raul and the difficulty is there is so much to write about him that it is hard to finalize all the varied wonders of this sexy man. Watch for the review to get to know the REAL RAUL!!!!

 

I personally just don't think the posters took the time to read great reviews of these guys and many others. I'm sure future reviews will improve cause, after all, they did write a review.

I was surprised that it took since 9/2007 for Z.Scott to get a Review Written and NOW only by a First Timer?

 

At one time he was one of the IT Guys in Porno.. BUT there's always "New Meat" right around the corner to be gobbled up~

The only reviews that really matter to me are the negative ones that are specific enough, and believable enough, to make me cross someone off my list of potential hires. I agree with jj that the fact that someone else had a good time with an escort is no guarantee that I will, too. Otherwise, the reviews are just good for fantasizing.

I must be strangely inept here, but I have never (believe it or not) had a fantasy evolve from what a reviewer has written here. For fantasies, I'd rather go to xvideos to watch or to Nifty to read. I do agree though that negative reviews are more helpful than positive ones in making decision.

Of course negative reviews can throw up some "red flags", but I have to be honest that I have hired escorts that had negative reviews, but found that I enjoyed MY time with them... It's really all about LUCK and physical chemistry...

I am ALSO extremely hesitant to place much value on a review of an escort who has only one review which is written by a first time reviewer. If a review does appear plausible I DO reader the reviewers self description to learn how much we are alike.

That's prety much my approach as well.

 

As others have said, a favorable review is no guarantee of a similarly positive experience, but I do believe that it improves the odds.

I have to say that the brief and odd review of RGM was a helpful reviewfor me....Raul has helped this client fullfill a fantasy with this hire....a fantasy that I would be interested in trying but it would never have occured to me to hire a guy to deliver something like this. The request was certainly out of the box of what I would think a working guy could deliver...

If you want to judge a single review for completeness OR perhaps more for entertainment value then you are correct and the review for me was not very good.

 

But I think there is another perhaps better (In My not so Humble Opinion) way to look at these things. Does it add meaningfully to the set of reviews for the given escort? Meaning does it help my collective potential clients in knowing what I can offer?

 

The reviewer could have written beautiful lyrical prose in a fresh and innovative way yet not describing anything more than what had been written in previous reviews. You might have been thrilled. Yet other than the publicity of appearing on the "todays reviews" page and your entertainment what would it accomplish? Mind you I don't think either of those are unimportant. After all the more entertaining the reviews the more continued readership of Daddys great site. Also if you generally loved reading my reviews than I would probably on your mind more often.

 

To be fair lets not forget that what my reviewer said was actually very informative. There are many people out there who would like to hire an escort to indulge an exhibitionistic or kinky fantasy. In fact almost certainly that very same fantasy as -however briefly- described. There are also many escorts who would not or could not do that.

 

On the other hand if you are not interested in such a thing but prefer a more traditional evening then you have my other reviews. Of which several are from well known reviewers and which I hope assure you that I'm quite capable (and enjoy greatly) being an excellent escort in a more conservative or vanilla setting.
