What's the science behind 1 hit wonder cities?

So I'm planning on taking a trip to a city that where I visited last year, I did quite well in for my first time visit.

 

However, I've had a trip planned for several days now but with no responses. There's also a couple of other places that I've visited once, did very well and then return visits produced no additional clients.

 

Meanwhile, there's places I can go occasionally and generally do well each time. It's just hard knowing whether a place will end up being a 1 hit wonder. I've also spoken to other guys who mentioned this phenomenon as well.

I think some clients see an escort or masseur once and even if the session was good they are always looking for something new. In my hiring I take into account location of escort, other escorts in town at same time and weather. Any of these variables could influence your success if other clients are also taking these factors into account. Perhaps a week before you arrive the city has had a lot of new faces and everyone has spent their allowance for the month. Just a few random thoughts.

As a client, I have to say that I often hire only once...don't know why really. Sometimes when I leave a session I will say to myself, "Wow that was great, I gotta do that again" but then I never do. Nothing to do with the escort or masseur, just when I get ready to hire again, I just start looking elsewhere. I think maybe it is because these experiences are kinda of exciting for me, ya know the unknown and all. I feel really mentally charged up by the whole thing, and to repeat that experience, something is lost, because you already know the outcome. It's like watching a great movie again, once you know the ending, while still enjoyable, it just isn't the same.

I don't generally like watching the same movies again either, BUT I realize that as I watch the 2nd and 3rd or even 4th time...I learn something that I didn't catch on the 1st time! For example, Titanic was on the other Sunday. I seen that movie 50 million times (unconsciously). I watched the last 30 minutes or so and realized that when Rose was saying, "come back, come back, COME BACK!" she wasn't saying that to Jack, but to the lifeboats. Apparently all the times I watched it I thought she was saying it to Jack.

 

I think escorts can be like that too. He may have fucked you on the first appointment, but maybe on the 2nd appointment you can fuck him. Totally different experience LOL.

 

But I think some clients appreciate having a regular guy swing thru town and visit. It seems like it's the only opportunity and they should seize it.

Yeah, it'd kind of spoil it LOL. Afterall, results may vary. As a hint, I'm referring mainly to cities in the middle of the country...

It could be a matter of schedule too. Perhaps if you visited during the week before you might find different clients who arent available during the week but during the weekend instead. Perhaps you are traveling because it is a "holiday period" like columbus day, or veterans day etc. Alot of people make their own travel plans for these times too so maybe they are not available this time. I watch the travel forum for escorts and many times the guys I would like to see are available when i am not. Working alot to pay for play time is time consuming. Good Luck to you.

Allot of people never hire the same person twice regardless of the experience. I've had allot of massage clients do it. Come once talk about how great it was tip big time and never hear from them again. I find in my line of business those who become loyal and see me the most are those who purchase strictly therapeutic only massages. Guess there's good money in chronic pain. those guys sometimes come 5 to 10 times b4 moving on. where those who purchase sensual massages are normally a 1 or 2 visit client then on to the next best thing.

Like I said even though it was GREAT and I intend to go back, some of the excitement is lost..but your comment on how it CAN be a totally different experience was interesting, I had really never considered the fact that a second or third interaction still could be new and fresh. It is something I will consider next time.

I can understand the excitement being gone. years ago I had a client kinda shy guy. Took 5 massages b4 he had the courage to ask for a release. i never offer it unless they ask. once he got that release he never came back. I think at that point the thrill or the excitement had reached its peak

You might want to re-think that one GC..I am from SOCAL and believe me we get slammed all the time. People in the Bay area make fun of us, and almost everyone of my friends or relatives back East just roll there eyes when I speak fondly of L.A. Now don't get me wrong, I want out as much as anyone, I have been looking around, and every place has drawbacks, L.A. is starting to look better and better.

Now this is only my style and my preference, but when I travel to a certain city such as DC or NYC I always prefer to hire someone from that area.

 

Only once did I hire a "visiting" escort and while he was a real nice guy by the time he came to me he was spent from multiple appointments. He very sincerely explained to me that in order to make up for his costs when he travels he has to book multiple appointments and in fact jam as many into each day as he can.

 

While I understand the economics of this it did turn me off to hiring "visiting" escorts.
