I do alot of squats and deep knee bends (wink). Thats seemed to have helped keep my ass firm and shapely.

Hey JJ,

You are right, deep knee bends and squats can do wonders for your rear, as well as it having benefits for your calves, thighs and knees, as long as you don't over do it. Make sure you combine a lot of stretching, however, after you have done the deep knee bends and squats. Bend over and touch your toes and hold for 30-45 seconds and gradually get so you can put the palm of your hands flat on the floor as part of the stretch. Guaranteed to make that back side of yours appealing to everyone !
