As far as I know, Oral sex is safe unless you have an STD. Ofcourse, HIV cant be transmitted through oral but like other diseases and STD's. I think most of the clients and escorts are honest about their health. I have seen two escorts who wanted to have protected oral ? Does it mean they are infected or something ? Or, is everyone trying to have protected ?

some want that extra protection, there are those with std's including HIV that don't even know it. And there are people that know it and lie or just don't care. IMO each individual is responsible for their own safety and what levels of risk they are willing to take.

Exactly, but in any case, In the 30 years of HIV history, no one has every gotten HIV through oral sex(giving or receiving), blood or no blood, cuts or sores, does not matter...unless you ofcourse have an injury in mouth and your mouth is full with blood. I dont usually have anal sex but if i am only having oral i want to have unprotected.

I'm sure having that rule will lower some clients interest still escorts right for what level of protection they are willing to take. I wonder if this condom rule is for sucking the escorts dick or for the escort to such the clients i'm guessing to suck the client

@josephga yes for escort to suck client

Well if the escort isnt wrapping his cock for sucking, then the client shouldnt have to wrap his dick to be sucked. Odds are that the escorts cock has been in alot more dirty places than the clients. ?

IMO a responsible escorts more likely to be cleaner than allot of their clients they get tested on a regular bases. Allot of guys that hire are closeted or married and probable aren't slipping off to the DR for a monthly test

LOL ! I really do not think any escorts get tested on a regular (meaning after every 3 months) , they might just get tested yearly or 6 months ? After all, there is no point because of the nature of the work they are doing. In order to get accurate results, they need to abstain from their work or sex for a while.

I'm guessing the "Fleshlight Toy" is perfect for those who donot want to do it the "Old Fashioned Wet and Stimulating Blow Job Way"!

My personel favorite will always be.."The Old Fashioned Way"!

My understanding was that there were some documented cases of HIV transmission through oral sex. I'm curious about the assertion that it can't be transmitted that way. I think that may be misinformation or folklore.

They have done study's on it and the risk factor. There are people who claim that they became infected with HIV from oral sex. Problem is they can't be sure how honest those people were. The % is low but it's not zero either. Take HIV out of it there's still other std's such as herpes, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, chlamydia which in a large number of cases have no symptoms. IMO everyone has to decide what their risk level will be. There safer sex but there's no such thing as safe sex.

NO ! There has not been a single case of oral transmission. If there is then thats because of people making stories. Ofcourse, other STDs are easily transmitted through oral but not HIV. Infact, you would think many escorts would be HIV+ just because of the nature of their work as far as I know most of them practice safe ANAL SEX. Thats all you need to be HIV - and ofcourse drug free. Many doctors have stopped recommending patients to get a HIV test after an exposure such as ORAL SEX. 6 weeks is all you need to be to show up HIV.

I use to go read the CDC site allot there's allot of info on there most don't know.. Like there's more cases of HIV in the south and northeast than in the midwest or west. Asians have the least numbers like 1 to 4 % of those infected. there's like twice as many blacks with Diagnosed at the last poll with HIV than whites. also numbers are low for pacific islanders

I agree oral sex is not completely risk free. You can still expose yourself to other STDs but HIV in general is not transmitted through oral sex that easily. It could but it is really really hard unless either partner has sores or any other STDs, it is hard to be transmitted. Once the virus is exposed to the air, HIV becomes inactive. Saliva also carries lot of proteins and enzymes but that does not mean saliva does not contain the virus it does but it is very low. Ofcourse, CDC will say it is not risk free since there is always that 0.01 % chance that it could occur.

It seems you can't even agree with yourself. Please leave medical advice to people qualified to dispense it with some care and some sense of responsibility.

Very interesting topic. I have two comments:

1. No-one can make the definitive statement that HIV cannot be transmitted

orally. It is incorrect to state that is a proven fact. It isn't. I agree that

the risk of oral transmission is low.....but I do not believe it is 0%....nor is

there any reputible study that would confirm this.

2. As far as the original topic, I too have noticed an increase in the number

of working boys who demand to put on a condom to be sucked off. One of my

regulars in Madrid surprised me on the last trip with this requirement....even

though in the past, he had no problem getting oral without a condom.

There was a news report out about 8 weeks ago about a new strain

of gonorhea that was not responding well to antibiotics. Could be that

this is scaring some of the guys....which is understandable for someone

that is a sex worker and gets lots of BJ's.

As an escort, here's my stand on the subject.

There are very SLIGHT risks from oral sex without a condom and you can catch other nasties but I've always been clear of everything. If a client insists that I give him a blow job WITH a condom on I will decline the service. I do not do covered blow jobs, it's disgusting, even with a flavoured condom and it bewilders me what pleasure a client can get out of being sucked with a barrier in between. If you want covered oral I will say no and we can do something else. It's strange though, I've had the odd client wanting covered oral on him but they never insist on a dental dam or covered tongue when I am rimming them.

If a client wants to give me a blow job covered then that's fine with me and he can have a normal condom or one from a selection of flavours. 10 flavoured condoms last me about 2 years. It's that common a request LOL

I always keep my dental hygiene as a number one priority when doing this work. I don't floss because to me it's like scraping your nails on a blackboard, I hate the feel of it, it makes me shudder and vomit but I do use strong antiseptic mouthwash about 30 mins before arrival and I always carry a smaller mouthwash with me in my bag for outcalls.

It's all about personal preference. One of the pitfalls of oral without a condom is gorgonzola, yep those blokes who manage to be immaculately clean but forget about their cock and the foreskin is layered with cheese, it's happened to us all and it irritates, how can they not notice it. I've had that experience of having the taste in my mouth and so now during foreplay if I suspect a slight aroma heading my way, I will introduce a sexy shower session into our fun.
