NYC is in general a tough market with lots of competition. New Yorkers seems to be a bit harsher/abrupt. Many will talk to you but won't commit. Of course there are a few exceptions.

NYC IMHO only really works best for those "Working Guys" who have a Day Job or just another job besides "meeting" guys. Which makes "Working It" a Part Time Gig!

 

Either that or a "Roomate" to split the High Cost of Living in NYC! Of course having a Roomate can cause a whole different set of "Why I don't like NYC and the People" Problems!

Dont blame the New Yorkers here. We just dont take any shit from anyone, especially if we are paying.... Those with a thin skin need to find a "gentler" city.....
