jaw... I am glad to seem someone overtly admit that! Yes, it is all about choices... If there is not a meeting of the minds between the provider and the customer then both can choose to move on until which time their desires are met. Plus, as I implied above, it is all based in human nature in that it is a basic human desire to achieve a certain amount of fulfillment and hopefully at a certain price point... and when that occurs then all concerned seem to "love it". It seems that you are and have been loving it... and quite possibly in more ways than one!

It would depend on the situation. If I felt the escort was lowering rates to build up his client base, I would likely provide a tip to cover the the difference, so that my total out of pocket remained unchanged. If however, I was in between jobs, I might take advantage of the lower rate.

I would without a doubt consider a tip... or some other form of gratuity depending on the situation.

In any event, Brooklyn Guy’s mention of the “going rate” reminds me of a very old joke…

 

A new priest in town decides to take a walk to the downtown area incognito without wearing his collar. While walking about the city center three women approach him on three separate occasions and ask if he wants a “quickie” for only “ten bucks”. Not knowing what a “quickie” was, but assuming it had something to do with women, he decides to go to the convent and consult with the nuns. He rings the doorbell and Mother Superior answers. The priest then asks, “Mother Superior, what’s a quickie?” Her response, “Ten bucks Father, the same price as in town…”

 

Just a bit of insight into how the economic system affects pricing in any geographic area… and probably from way before the Roman times mentioned by BG!

I see the reverse happening. My regular guy in nyc who i've been seeing for more than a year now at 300 per session per week, recently offered me a friendly client rate of 150 per session. We have a good session that usually consists of a nice dinner, playtime, and hanging out afterwards.
