I was a little kid when this came out. I remember this video totally enthralled me. MTV had just come out and my older sister was talking with her friends saying "that Billy Joel video shows a naked guy!" WHAT?!? I would wait for it to come on and try to act all cool, then lose a night's sleep.

Nate--I still want you badly--see my comment in the Lefties thread--but you are making me feel really, really old. This song came out in 1982--you were but a child--I was 21. Ok for you math impaired Forum Members- that means I'm 50--50 years old!!

I was a lot older and very happy to have the videotape, as well as his workout tape. I have transferred them to DVD for posterity. (just something else for my nephew to find and roll his eyes) To this day it's about the only hip hop that I can bear. Props to Calvin Klein, too.
