I'm posting this both here in the Lounge and the Deli, cuz I want both clients' and escorts' points of view. :-)

As I've noted in other posts, I'm a newbie as an escort client. Ignoring a forgettable experience 9 years ago, I've hired 2 escorts since I discovered this site, both on a recent business trip to LA. I've already sent in my review of one who was, umm, worth reading about in my review. :p

The other was a last minute arrangement through a service. The service delivered in a timely fashion but the escort was, IMHO, mediocre, if mediocre = what I'd call "rehearsed." (Sorta like, "Hi. I'm your date for tonight. Now I'm gonna kiss you before we even say, 'hello', because you're a horny businessman from out-of-town, and then I'm gonna let you feel my big cock because you'll really get off on that.") x( . Get the idea?

That was probably a cheap shot, because he was a nice guy, but as I say, soooo rehearsed. While he is listed on the service's website, he has not been reviewed here. He is also shown in the service's ad in Frontiers. Both pics are better than he appears in real life (don't we usually hear the opposite?) ;-)

There's obviously more, but I'll stop here. If you had been a client under the circumstances I've described above, would you write a review?

Any and all views are welcomed. Even Traveller and Fuckamarine should feel free to let loose. :+

Tell it like it is so that we all may know to maybe not go there. I think all reviews are beneficial to someone on here. Even for the guy who has 35 or 49 it is what someone else thinks about that escort that is important. And then let the 34 good ones and 1 bad one weight each other out. Thanks HUGs

I think it is equally important to post reviews for the not-so-great and mediocore experiences. What you've written in your post could be the bulk of your review. As you've seen in some of your recent posts, not everyone has the same expectations from an escort experience, so your neutral review might actually seem attractive to someone else. But if the guy lacked passion, and was very mechanical, you should let us know, so that others with similar expectations as yourself won't be disappointed if they hire him.

Hey Mark:

Funny that you should pose this question, as I met with an escort today and find myself similarly perplexed.

The guy I met with has not been reviewed here before, as he is new at the agency I frequently use. He was really cute, very friendly, excellent in the cuddling department, made good eye contact, had superb oral skills, perhaps the best I've encountered to date, didn't watch the clock, and the long and short of it is, I really liked him in just about every way. That said, I had made all the preparations for him to fuck me six ways to Sunday, and he had major difficulties staying erect, which pretty much put a fork in the plans for anal sex. I could tell he really felt bad about it, and I felt he made great effort to satisfy my desires. My original plan was to spend two hours with him, but when his penis faiiled to cooperate, I stopped things at an hour and a half.

I realize that the problem could have happened to anyone, hence I don't want to give him a negative review. On the other hand, I left the session feeling a bit disappointed, and would probably be reluctant to hire him again unless I wasn't in the mood for anal sex.

So I find myself reluctant to write any review at all, since in most ways this guy was very good, but fell short of one of my major expectations for the session. I'm inclined to save positive reviews for those who really make me happy, and negative reviews for those who were total duds. It's that middle zone that leaves me perplexed.

Like you, I'm anxious for input from others.

Bucky,

I agree..and do not review mediocre escorts. If the escort was good..I write a positive review, if really bad..a negative one....and anything in between ...no review

BUCKY I thought you were very honest and you already wrote your review the last line it he was having a bad day and couldnt get hard but everything else was good or somehting like that. While it left you feeling a little less than satisfied I think others will look and say you were be fair with the review and overall it was not the guy but his inability or whatever to get/stay hard. I would take a chance on him if it were me and he appealed to me if 90 percent was good. HUGS CHuck

If I reviewed only escorts who were over the mooon fabulous or total clunkers, the list would be very short. Most escorts and escort experiences have good points and bad points. The purpose of a review is to give others who are considering hiring the escort more information than they can get from an ad or a picture. The information in your post would actually help me a great deal in deciding whether to hire this particular escort, so I would advise you to go ahead and do it.
