I hear CHat and Tony's have hustlers but never see them. Am I missing something?

I've never seen official hustlers there. Perhaps some of the dancers do some activity on the side?

 

TC's bar certainly has hustlers as do the surrounding streets (Hyde Park & Fairview) however it is really really low end stuff. Mostly drug addicts and criminals. Certainly buyer beware in all respects. Personally, I never hire in Houston.
