Anyone have any experience with getting thier ass and hole waxed to remove the hair? I know there have been lots of threads about shaving, etc but I'm one that likes to keep my cock, balls, hole and ass as smooth as possible. Shaving sucks and you can't get everywhere you want by yourself (and it's hard to find guys willing to help out). I finally found an experienced waxer willing to do the parts that I want. Although he will not do my balls - said it would hurt like hell. I've never done this before so I'll beleive him. If you've done this, let me know what to expect.

Thanks

Dear Prime (or should that be Mr. Muscle)?

I have been organizing the volunteers here in Houston for hours. The line now extends past NASA to the causeway bridge over Galveston Bay. The authorities are questioning every spa in town over all the missing wax.

Seriously, it's not so bad. Imagine ripping living tissue from a non-anesthetized human person. There will be small bumps to deal with as the follicles heal. Give yourself three days before displaying the affected area to an adoring public and just buck up and go.

I've been having my back waxed for years and the lovely Vietnamese lady always says "you very brave".

Best of luck and when you ever make it to Houston I'll let you know if you achieved the desired result.

Hey Mr. Bonfire -- thanks for the info. Any suggestions on how to limit the bumps? Any special lotion or anything?

Have you checked into laser treatment--it'd take 2-3 treatmanets at about the cost of an overnight and you'd be smooth as a baby's bottom for life :9

Hair Removal

I would suggest you consider electrolysis for your backside.

Waxing is painful and only lasts between four to six weeks then the treated area has to be waxed again.

Laser is good for a man's neck line, back, upper arms. As the skin gets more tender and there are more membranes, it is exceedingly more painful and the pain is high in any part of the skin, male or female.

I have one client who has routinely waxed his ass and he takes liquid morphine to have it done and still considers it painful.

However, in San Francisco, one of the local gay aestheticians would do hair removal in the pubic area and ran quite a business doing so.

Good luck.

Trust me--I was NOT volunteering :( I can only vouch for the results }>

Seems to me most guys approach the hair topic as "all or nothing", with the exception of a few that clip and trim "here and there".

I buzz and it leaves a bit more than an 1/8 of an inch soft hair behind (no pun intended). Im not an escort so it doesnt bother me for about 6 weeks. When it gets too long and thick, its time to buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz again.

These hairs are not stubble - they remain soft everywhere especially around my tight lil funhole. There are no abrasions or pimples or rash as does occassionally result from a razor.

I carefully and lightly use a razor (dry) on my nuts and meat. It works for me.

If ever you need someone to shave you at anytime, anywhere, and as often as you wish, by all means, lets talk bud.:9

Thanks for all the advice! I must say, the waxing experience was not as painful as I thought it would be. I only had one sensitive area and it was the last place to be waxed - the rest was very mild. The "waxer" was great. It was a little awkward at first but turned out great. It was in a beauty shop connected to a gym and very legit. I walked in, took off my clothes, and laid down on the massage table. I told him what I wanted done and he was very cool with it. Once he started I got hard as a rock and he was cool with that. Apparently the first time is the worse (I've heard that before). The next day felt as if I had a slight sunburn but that's it. So far no bumps but I followed the after-care instructions very close. And it was worth it - very smooth ass and hole!

As one who doesn't like the hair around his ass, I've had it waxed a few times. It is quite painful, but bearable. It lasts 6 to 8 weeks for me. Nevertheless, it gets pretty old after a while. I also tried to have it lasered off, but this is just too painful. I have a high tolerance for pain, but this is beyond human capability. I did have my dermatologist friend infiltrate some local anesthetic to the area, so he was able to get some done, but I didn't notice much of a difference after one treatment (I know that three are recommended). There is also a limit as to how much can be anesthetized locally (also very painful). But at least once it's in, you can only tell they're lasering your ass by the smell of burning flesh. Of course, you'll hit the ceiling once they leave the anesthetized area. I also have an anesthesiologist friend, but he'd only be willing to give me a general anesthetic if I were in an almost surgical situation (i.e. monitored, etc.). Maybe it might be doable with some ketamine?

I'm very interested in this thread, as I have fair complexion and blue eyes so I look like I would be smooth, but I unfortunately have a hairy back! I must have inherited it from my father, he has the same problem.

I would like to remove the hair; I once did when I was in high school, a good buddy shaved my back for me but in a few weeks it grew back thicker than before. Would waxing help this problem? Howzabout Nair, would that work?

After care was pretty easy -- scrub with a lupus(sp?) sponge and apply "No Bumps" 2-3 times a day. The lupus sponge was $1 for 3 and i found them at the grocery store. The "No Bumps" ointment cost $12 from the beauty shop where I had it done. You can use other ointments - YOUNGBLOOD recommeneded Tend Skin but I could not find any locally.

As far as cost - what I did was $50 plus the No Bumps ointment.

Hair removal is the classic story of "you get what you pay for". Shaving is cheapest but it only lasts a day or 2. Nair is also pretty cheap but it only last 3-4 days. It's also kind of a pain but worth a try if you have never used it. Waxing cost a bit more and can be very uncomfortable for some but it can last 6-8 weeks. With both Nair and waxing, the first time you do it may have some side effects -- rashes, bumpes, and pimples. But that is only with the first time. After waxing, it gets real expensive but more permenant.

If you want to try Nair, you'll need a helper to get the hard to reach places. The bottle says to let it stay on for 10 minutes, then wipe it off with a damp cloth. The hair comes out when you wipe. I don't think a shower will work since it will rinse off the Nair but you'll want to shower afterwards. Beware of the smell of Nair but I heard that it has improved. It's worth a try and only cost $5

I've heard that Nair for Men is a really good product even though it still has a strong smell. I think that now it only needs to be left on for 5 minutes, but you definately need a second person to apply the lotion and wipe it off your back before you take a shower.
