I don't know about anyone else, but this thing is setting off red flags all over the place for me. $295 for 6 months of introductions? Some of the guys already have ads on Rentboy so why would you pay them to introduce you to them? Am I the only one who smells something fishy here?

This is an ad by David Forest, not put up by the guys mentioned. David does not have the best reputation in the porn world. In the past many of the guys he's supposedly represented have denied his representation, at least for escorting. He seemed to have a somewhat better rep as an agent setting up personal appearances. I must say his rate has come down substantially-it used to be $400 for esentially providing a phone number you could usually find yourself online. For more infor do a search on David Forest over at Muscle Service. I suspect you can find contact info for these guys on line somewhere directly rather than going through David if they truly are escorting. I have seen ads for Zeb Atlas and Adam Killion directly on rentboy for the cities they are in.

And we've seen ads and had threads about John Magnum and I believe Jason Adonis. And I also believe that Jmes Jameson was the cover boy just a few days ago and his contact info would be there.

I looked for and downloaded the video because of your post. Man, if there was an image of a seedy porn promoter, that would be it. Beyond.

I cannot believe that Ol'Ma Forest is still running this scam. It says a lot that in both the Rentboy ad and his crappy two-page website, he doesn't state that these guys are escorting or are available for sex, just that he can arrange a private meeting for between $300-$3,000 a pop. He also won't take a credit card (far too much comeback) for either the subscription or advance payment for the hookup, just cash wired to his bank account.

 

OK, it's extremely difficult for a guy to earn a decent living in porn (there are some notable exceptions), unlike the girls who make out like bandits with obsessive fans and personal websites. It's even harder now there's a very limited market these days for stills, which were the bread-and-butter for most performers a decade ago. However, it can only be wishful thinking that every pornstar must be available for private hire that means this nonsense stays out there. It's been my experience that like bodybuilders, most gay performers don't have to struggle too hard to secure a wealthy 'sponsor' who will provide a lifestyle.

 

Like Brooks, I'm still surprised that there are people out there who fall for this rubbish. No pornstar is hard to contact, even if they have an 'exclusive' contract with a studio. I've just fired off an email to one of the guys listed on meetthexxxstars, as I know that gentleman doesn't escort and I'll lay good money he has no idea that Ol'Ma Forest is 'representing' him. I have to wonder if any of the other guys shown have actually agreed to this or are aware of Ol'Ma Forest's past reputation.
