The Daily Show visited Mr. S. in San Francisco (in this case, without John Stewart), and the show will be broadcast tonight, Monday, May 9. From the e-mail from Mr. S.:

San Francisco didn't even make the Advocates Top 10 Gayest city list this year (we only came in 11th). What the fuck was that about! So the Daily Show came to San Francisco to see what happened to our fair, used-to-be gay city to see if they could find even a glimmer of its former gayness. Correspondent Jason Jones stopped by our store and our fearless leader Richard Hunter showed him some of our amazing products in hopes that he could convince him. We don't want to give too much away but anyone who knows Richard knows that he usually gets his way!

Jason was a 'Good Sport' as he got a lot more than he probably expected as he toured Mr. S. We exposed him to all the gear we have to offer which definitely left him breathless at moments (check out the pic of him in the sling at the bottom). We also took him to our upstairs dungeon and tied him to our spinning cross and let it spin!!! We're pretty sure this was one of the more unusual assignments he'd ever been given. Knowing how The Daily Show edits their shoots, this will be pretty funny as to how the Leather scene comes off looking. They promised they'd be nice to us.... we'll see.

The air date is Monday night May 9th... 11PM in the East.... 10PM Central....Comedy Central. (if you're on the West Coast and have DirectTV you'll be able to watch it earlier at 8PM).

It's the Daily Show. Of course it's going to be vapid! They'd intend to present it as harmless.

If it was Fox News, it would have been intentionally presented as lurid and probably child-endangering.
