I stumbled upon this clip today and thought it worth sharing. Any of you whom have spent time with me know I'm anti-negative energy. Just something to think about:

But "anti" is a negative prefix, so doesn't that negate your desire to have no negativity? :p (I love oxymorons!)

Rick, depending on my mood, I often find that I don't t even need the oxy.

Reminds me of one of my favorite songs from the 80s.

A negative and another negative is a positive right? I think it's some kind of math equation. :-)

Seriously though, the sentiments the guy talks about make sense. It seems so many people put things off until some time in the future, like "when I get in shape" or "when I've saved up enough money" but then time keeps flying by. As they used to print on those sugar packets in the restaurants, "Enjoy Life, Eat Out More Often." And when it's over, it's over.

It totally does, but I usually find videos of motivational speakers to be a bit off-putting, like there's gonna be a sales pitch at the end. :p

I'm not usually a show-tunes kind of guy but I often think of this song and love the message (here sung by Barbra's little sister):
