I've not had him, but I've seen many of those photos before. if I were you, I'd ask 3 things: if they are pics of him, if they are recent and to see a clear face photo.

 

If he hesitates to comply, I'd be very pleasant in writing but warn him that if he doesn't look like his pics when he turns up, I will not hesitate to turn him away without recompense.

Read the ad! These pictures are not someone who is 5'9" and weighs 189 pounds! I've had 6'3" guys that weighed that!
