Oh please I had to hold off a clients open house so the master bedroom could be sanitized. I think it was two swings and a wall wheel. Not to mention the loose paraphinalia. Then again in the right location these can be a huge seller. But not normally in a raised ranch in the burbs. They may like it.... but few would admit it

I usually have to instruct my clients on how to declutter, prepare and stage their homes for marketing. I've never had to approach them about concealing sex toys, etc. I think that my clients must be on the tamer side of things! HAHA
