Regis Retiring From Live With Regis and Kelly...

Here in NY it's the lead story on the nightly news... Regis Philbin is calling it quits after 40 years in the business. His presence on live talk TV will definitely be missed.

 

It didn't take long before the reporters started the name game of who will replace him. Some mentioned are: Anderson Cooper, Mark Consuelos (Kelly Ripa's husband), Jeff Probst (Survivor), Mario Lopez, Billy Bush, etc...

Some Entertainment shows are saying: Ryan Seacrest.

Seems that Seacrest's contracts are up this year. ABC hired him for the Dick Clark New Year's Eve Show, now they are interested in him doing ABC LIVE WITH Kelly... To be seen.
