I only leased mine. My Saab 9000 had no a/c, no rear defrost, bald tires, and wouldn't pass inspection. I was paying off a 1991 Special Edition British Racing Green Miata (which I still have, including the hardtop). I needed a vehicle.

 

I was 3,000 miles under the lease milage, and I was buying a 1996 4Runner from the dealer. He gave me $3000 towards the 4Runner.
