I never ask a client to email or show me a photo, however, there are a few often posters here who I am just curious to see what they look like. Only because I feel as if Im asking questions to words on a screen instead of an actual person. Would it go beyond the bounds of discreetness to ask if for 1 week, everyone post an avatar of themselves?

 

After all, this is a somewhat private personal forum right? Someone would really have to be looking in the right places to come across this site, no?

 

If not, no offense meant. Its optional...so don't beat me up for making a suggestion.

Ok a funny little story. I would have thought it a great idea even given the risks. And I kind of Wish we had a private pics type setup like a manhunt etc... were access could be limited. However here is an issue:

 

Recently upon meeting the guys at club 20. I was discussing where I lived in rather broad terms. Mainly cause no one ever knows the little town im in. So as I am describing it more I notice Cooper keeps looking at me and smiling.

 

Finally Cooper looks up and says so. ... how long you lived in (blank) I was stunned. Oh yeah. He's my neighbor. Literally I could almost throw a stone and hit his roof. So. Its just possible there are some things you Dont want to know about your neighbors. LOL. Now luckily this was Cooper. But who will it be next time. ... the mind boggles.

 

That's not to say im against it. Just a thought

Maybe it would work for escorts... for clients... I know people will make fun of me as soon as I post mine so I would rather not.. My brother used to tell me that I'm ugly.. and I am.. Although my sweet personality has saved me a lot.. people sometimes make fun of me for being too sweet. I think it's unfair if a hot guy does something nice, then it's because he is cool and nice. If a person like me does something nice, that's because of desperation, low self esteem, attention seeking. I have a similar story. I was hanging out in a bar with some guys I

had met several times. We we all discussing our most recent exploits.

It's very liberating not to have too give a shit what others think. I had my face pic in my gay .com profile 6 months b4 coming out, I figured if anyone saw it they would have to explain why were they in gay.com. Even living in a small town I didn't care. I prefer anonymity. There are other sites where pictures are posted and as someone referenced on some sites you can lock certain photos that you don't want public. Considering how our privacy is being minimalized on a daily basis I like the idea, or perhaps the illusion, that my privacy is protected on this site. And let's not forget that quite a few of the posters here are married or in relationships or have jobs or positions that might be jeapordized. However, if someone wishes to post their picture I don't think there's any reason that they shouldn't and for the most part they do, although it seems to be primarily the escorts.
