Why is Anthony Holloway with 9 posts to his credit considered a Charter Member when I have been a member since Dec.'01 (actually a member for much longer under the name Kenny...had to change to Kenny 021 because of login problems) and still not considered a Charter Member? What is the requirement to become a Charter Member and what is the difference between them and us "regular" posters with no titles.

Kenny,

I believe that "charter member" simply indicates that someone had a valid login when the message board software was last updated. It is not an indication of how long someone has actually been participating on the board.

It's a software problem most likely just like why some people get post's counted and some don't I have tried three different times and still can't get them. Oh well I still post and am still member HUGS CHuck

A much better question :)

Though as someone noted the people who are chartered members are only so by default of having an active screen name when the message center went through a major upgrade.

There are probably a half-dozen threads in the Daddy's Place forum discussing both the charter member issue and the post counter issue.

Have y'all looked there?

I was a charter member until the software stopped telling me to log in every time I read the message board....so I finally log in and oops I'm not a member at all anymore.
