We're referring to the little red x in the box that signifies a broken link.

 

You must be running Netscape. It shows a differerent icon for broken links than IE.

The original picture had a twink standing, doubled over, and being mounted from behind. He was wearing a bejeweled turban, bracelets on his biceps, and holding two green ostrich feather fans behind him. It was precious.
