So tonight, at the 'push' of a couple of friends I decided to 'dance' at the amateur strip night at a local club in Dallas. Needless to say, I sucked LOL.

 

I was surprised, as I can get in front of a camera or an individual and be fine with it, but being in front of a crowd on stage...I damn near froze up. Yet, if I were there without the SPOTLIGHT I am fine to just do my thing on the dance floor, and if it has a pole in the middle...I might climb it But For some reason, walking in front of a dfew dozen people with see-thru underwear just didnt feel comfty to me. Its funny cause I have no trouble in front of 1(or2) people but on a stage...I was only able to move around a bit.

 

Luckily, I was just doing it for fun. I knew I wasnt going to win the 'prize' but I just decided to try it anyhow. I guess the 2 really are different

I believe I'd be fine had they played a song I actually knew, and if it wasn't so spontaneous LOL. I've always thought about spinning upside down on a pole, and when I was in Miami...well, lets not go there

 

They appear alike at first, but I think they are worlds apart. My friend likes the attention and he did pretty well up there. Me on the other hand, I thought I'd experience cardiac arrest when they chose to call my name before everyone else, and 1st to 'perform'. I think I'd be more comfortable doing porn than to get up on a stage again LOL. Not like I havent been nude in front of a few cameras before...

 

I've known a couple of dancers here and there, but as far as I know non of them were interested in escorting.

 

I know the title may have been a bit off. I should have said, "Any escorts here tried dancing/stripping?" But the note to self is: I wont switching to dancing! I'm fine with this.

LOL..... kinda works with public speaking too. Some people are really good working with small intimate crowds, and well others are good at addressing large groups of people! I know my first couple of time with presentations I was scared completely.... just knowing a sea of eyes staring at you! Yet after you get used to it it get much better.
