I imagine the guy is from Eastern Europe (Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic etc). Since the fall of Communism, we use various terms in English to describe this region including "Central Europe", "former Eastern Europe", "Near East Europe" etc.

 

Quite a few escorts confuse people by mis-translating this from their own language and coming up with the term "Middle East" - which, of course, means something completely different.

 

I have no idea whether they guy is legit or not but I would not worry too much about this mistake.
