I love naps. Many days I take a 20-30 minute nap as that's all my schedule will allow. Not sure if I make it to the non-REM stage, but I usually do feel refreshed and more alert. When I can, though, I try to sleep an hour or so. Ummm. So fine!

The problem is

I don't wake up if I take a nap during the day. That's the problem. It becomes over-day sleep. :) I set alarm clocks and etc to no use.. I think that's because my body is weak but I will able to control myself once I get better. Except attending meetings and doing essential things I usually take things easy during the day. Now I have to get out of my bed and stop reading posts here. I love reading posts here though. You guys are so full of stories and opinions that I can't keep up every time I finish writing a reply there is another post I want to read. Well I should get going. I had fish soup for dinner and it was so good that I feel like my body is cleansed. :)

Ditto! Key for me is not overdoing it -- lightness is all. I once heard a musician who loved his brief afternoon doze say, "Naps are the chamber music of sleep."

Let us pause to thank the Muse, then toddle off to have a snooze.

Oh those pantings beasts are so lucky... I am sure that they get body rubs everyday. My cat does and he loves it. :)

Ive met PK and I can attest that he is way hotter than that guy. Plus he always has three hot panting beasts just waiting around for him.

oh

Nah... I don't need a guy to keep me warm while I'm napping. I will lead the next feminist movement.

"Guys are enemies but I still love them" from the movie Jerry Maguire. :)

Just be careful not to sleep your life away. If your gonna be in bed in the middle of the day just make sure you have company. :D
