Speaking of thermometers, do you know what's the key difference between an oral and a rectal thermometer???

There's no doubt that he's "gifted and creative in the kitchen":D And his mac & cheese is delectable. the "assistance" I gave the cook!:p:)

As Julia Child says: 'Four hands are better than two when holding a cock'. As for the mac & cheese, well it's the secret ingredient & special homemade sauce that top it off! ;) Looking forward to cooking again & heating up the kitchen this spring, Oliver! Xoxoxo

Spam, dried squid, and salty snacks

Gosh hope I didn't offend anyone with my tirade against junk food.

I've no problems with snacks and treats that are less than healthy. My concern is that what people eat for regular meals is too often essentially the same as cake or candy.

And spam? Well I grew up in Hawai'i (highest per capita spam consumption) so yeah I've had plenty of it and in fact would love a Zip Pack (from Zippys with spam in it) right now. I've also been known to make Spam Musubi.

As long as one is active there is nothing wrong with salty snacks, I'm probably the king of salty snacks, potato chips, dried aku, Arare, Li Hing Mui. Hmmmm, I miss the "salty" old lady at the crack seed center, boy she could give da stink eye.

Okay now I'm hungry and going to take a walk and see whats good, tasty, and cheap at the grocery store and see what feast I can cook up.

wow

Spam really goes well with rice or bread. I don't use any oil when I pan fry them. I had pasta for dinner tonight with salad. It cost me $7.50. I had two pieces of toasted bread with honey for lunch. Come to think of it, I have some blue berries in my refrigerator that I didn't have for breakfast. Total cost is less than 10 dollars. My weight is ideal right now so happy! I had to take my shirt off for an X-ray exam today. I am sure those nurses noticed my ideal weight body. I usually find a way to show off my new shoes when my co-workers fail to notice them but I didn't know how to show off my ideal body weight. I should send my body pic to EXPAT for one of his CAPTION THIS posts.. :o I have to take out my face, however. So unfortunate looking. :D I'm sure my prince charming will not mind it. He will love me for what I am. Where are you, my prince??
