Former Reagan speechwriter Peggy Noonan has a weekly column on Saturdays in the Wall Street Journal. Today she laments the increasing vulgarity of American entertainment, heading her column "The Adam Lambert Problem."

 

Now many might think that her boss's refusal to utter the word "AIDS" represented a political vulgarity, but we should now focus on the present, right? So, is Noonan right to use Lambert as the center of a lament on vulgarity?
