Since that partial statement of me by Adam Smith had no context to it, I decided to quote myself in full. I have no doubt that some escorts have had rhinoplasty and possibly other surgeries. Even back in the stone ages of my youth, there was a girl who left junior high school in June with one nose and returned in September with big tits. I mean with a new nose. Youthful plastic surgery is nothing new. It is hard to envision someone under 30 needing a face lift though..

The real thrust of my statement was in regard to having a statement about the possibility of a named escort having a face lift and the source of that information being the poster's, unidentified escort's, unidentified friend.

The question was whether or not escorts were having plastic surgery.

In my response about a plastic surgeon and escort, I said it was just a rumor, but it was with a wink and a nod. I know both the escort and surgeon. No need to names.
