Wolverine and 007 sandwich for Charity !!

Well if Halloween was not enough fun I had the honor of seeing the Broadway hit "A Steady Rain" last night.

I wont review the show as I am not a theater buff and dont think my opinion would be helpful. Personally I enjoyed the event as whole.

Now the story behind my deceptive thread title:

 

After to show Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig came out and announced that they would be auctioning off their wife beater style tank tops that they wore during the show in hopes of raising money for this worthy charity.

I thought for sure I might have a chance at one so when the bidding started my hand shot right up and and I was soon out bid by a couple greedy ladies:eek: ( they were very sweet ladies ) Damn IT !

Arghhhhh! the Tanks went for $8500 (WAY!!!! beyond my reach) dont think I wasn't doing the math I was out at $1000 and that was a real stretch for me.

Well much to my surprise these very sweet and generous men invited the losing bidders back to take a photo and to autograph our playbills.

so no one lost everyone, especially Broadway cares won.

 

I was able to make a donation and get to meet a couple of very hot stars they were very kind ,easy going and joking around a bit. a very swell time back stage indeed

..... Heaven in a wolverine /007 sandwich for charity.
