It's good to have no headache and no fatigue. I feel much better. Getting infected with Swine Flu when I had other health problems was like a death sentence to me. Luckily I survived. At least I don't have to worry about this flu for the rest of this winter. Always wash your hands and stay at home when you feel sick.

Thank you for your good piece of advice. I am drinking lots of water and orange juice. Obama just declared the swine flu outbreak a national emergency. I hope people here and loved ones don't get infected.

Greatness I am glad you are getting better. But not to down play the seriousness of this flu but it isn't that much different then the common flu that many of us get each year. The same advice that the health dept and CDC are giving for Swine Flu isn't really different then for the common flu, wash your hands and stay home if sick. If employers and employees (it's a two way street) followed this in general I think less people would be getting sick.

Greg, good advice on washing hands and staying home if sick. But you're not quite right on the common flu being the same as the H1N1 flu. The H1N1 flu is much more virulent when it attacks the lungs. While most normal people are able to fight this off, it is especially dangerous (much more so than the common flu) for anyone with a chronic respiratory problem or compromised immune system. Anyone in one of these categories should seriously consider getting vaccinated, if and ever the vaccine becomes available.

I dont know, all this flu stuff just makes me wanna start bringing me a disposable mask when I fly. I have never heard this being said in an airport, but I go into Midway, and the entire 2 hours Im stuck there an intercom kept saying, "cover your mouth when you cough and sneeze, and wash your hands especially when you cough and sneeze"...It was driving me worrying mad LOL...Not to mention I was also starting to cough and sneeze.

 

And it never fails...I go up north and am fine during the whole trip and when I get back home I feel like shit for 3 or 4 days
