Thank the escort for taking time too answer your questions and tell him that you have decided not to hire at this point in time. That might not be the whole truth but it provides a convenient way to end the discussion without lengthy explanations and also leaves the door open if you were to change your mind in the future and want to hire him.

Guest greatness

well

I think it happens a lot. If it is not a good fit then just let the person know. I think honesty will be appreciated.

It can't hurt to ask. If, after a couple of emails, I don't think it's a good fit, what's the nicest way to say so?

I agree with greatness. Saying "maybe in the future" sounds insincere thus giving me the impression you've been blowing smoke all along. "It doesn't sound like we're a great match after all" tells me there was value in the Q & A.

I think what has been said of the 'responses' sound 'friendly' but I think it would also help to add atleast 1 thing to say why that person isnt a match, if possible.

The thing with emails and text too, is things can be misconstrued. Its one of the reasons that although I do take them (discretion, etc) I really prefer calls simply because emails and text can be misinterpreted. Unless its something obvious such as the 'bottom' you replied to is actually a straight top...how can one even make a snap decision about anyone through 2 emails?

If someone can dismiss someone after only 2 emails, I think its fair to atleast let them know why...and whether or not you respond back is optional. We get emails and text all the time from people who cancel but in reality werent even going to go forward in the first place. You dont want to come off as being one of them....
