I am into fisting and there are many escorts in NY whose ads state that it is something that they do. It amazes me the number of times that you find out, when you actually talk to them, that it is not something they offer. Another response is that they have done it once or twice, are really not experienced, buy will do it if asked. Not particularly seductive.

I assume they have to consciously mark fisting on their profile. Is this common in other areas? Do not understand the logic.

PK makes a valid observation with respect to how some clients hire. Conversely, I have also had some more vanilla clients tell me that they're put off when an escort's reviews/ads indicate that he engages in more 'hardcore' activities. So, an escort may design his ad with both of these groups in mind. Therefore, if you see an ad which appeals to you on some levels, but the escort has not ticked an activity box you're interested in, it might still be worth asking whether he's up for it.
