If you quote, it's at the top left to the immediate right of the font choice box. If you use quick reply, I think you need to click "go advanced" to see the box.

I am not 100% what you are asking. If you are asking how you can post in BIGGER font, I can't help you (lol - mainly cause it is SO annoying when people do it).

 

If you're asking how you can make the default size in Firefox bigger, then here's the answer to that.
