When I look at my old cat purchased many years ago at a feed store i think how fortunate I was for her to find me. By keeping this daily click going hopefully others will find that special friend.

Hopefully so! These days 2 Hours with a "Working Guy" Rate instead can keep a Pet Happy & Healthy for quite awhile not to mention the Unconditional Love aspect! ;)

Click so our furry 4 legged friends can have a nice holiday meal.

Thanks Travis for the reminder. If everyone just decided not to have that next meal "out" and donated that money to these worthy organizations, just think how much good could be done.

I am taking care of two cats for my friends who will be away for Xmas. Have done it before and it's been fun but this time one of the cats has an ear infection so I have to give it drops twice a day. First I have to find the cat who loves to hide, then catch it so I can hold it and then apply the drops in the ears. By the end of the holiday I will be one bloody scratched up mess!!!!

They must be VERY good friends! (And they're lucky to have you!) :)

Lol lol....I have a friend who is caring for his sick cat now, and yes, they do scratch. This Holiday season, my donation money is going to my pet. She needs an operation which I was told is somewhere just north of $1,800 not including meds...OUCH!!!

Every once and again I get a private message inquiring about Rusty, my paralyzed dog. Now 18 months after the diagnosis of progressive neuropathy in which the life expectancy was about 3 months, Rusty is plugging along. She is not able to walk and as a result, she needs to be carried everywhere. She is not in any discernible pain. She is still quite loving and responsive to affection. A lot of time is invested in her care each day, but I get a unique sense of fulfillment from caring for her and for a 17 year old dog, she is looking a bit grey in the face but otherwise quite fetching.
