Well, if you go to FratPad.com you will see that this "frat house" is 7500 sq ft with stone and dark wood everywhere and about 100 flat panel TVs. It's a little hard to figure where it is located but my guess would have been Southern California. Somebody with a boatload of money runs this thing. Although the tour of the house is rather odd in that the place is totally devoid of an personal effects. So perhaps they just went to an abandoned luxury house to tape the intro. Speaking of the intro the first "narrator" has a huge dick but the most annoyingly affected speech in the world.

I graduated from a college that was all male when went there 40 years ago but it was never like that (that I know of at least). It went co-ed later. Perhaps it's time for me to pursue an advanced degree

My high school's "frats"

 

My public high school had greek-named "frat-like" social groups, sponsored by the local YMCA. While they did not have a frat house, they did sponsor parties most weekends. The initiation involved putting a padlock around each guy's privates - like a cock ring. One was given a combination to unlock one of the padlocks. In order to remove the padlocks, one had to try out the combination on the other guys' padlock.

The somebody is John Marsh (he makes his full name public and has been interviewed by national media) who also runs fratmen.tv They don't like for people to speculate on the location of the pad. Yep dude dorm is still around. What makes the Fratpad so special are two things. The boys are 98% straight whereas all other cam houses they are gay. However, the best thing about Fratpad is the quality and interaction.

 

Unlike every cam site out there the boys are totally mobile using laptops with exceptional cameras and mics that have great resolution. The fratmen are very personable and interact with members extremely well.
