It's tricky. Both links work on your machine (probably because the original link is saved in your cache), but on anyone else's, all the verbiage after &location=xxx causes the link not to work.

 

Prove it to yourself: try the link you posted in a different browser (if you usually use IE, paste the link into Firefox) and you'll see that you just get a generic rentboy page, not the ad you're expecting.

 

The upshot is that when pasting links to rentboy ads, delete all the stuff after &location=xxx.
